Certainly, she has power on the streets of 18th century Cairo, she’s a con woman of unsurpassed talent. It’s a little slow paced at times, but I loved the characters and the world-building and with the way the book ended, I’m definitely looking forward to reading the sequel as soon as I download the audiobook onto my phone!
